About The Role
The purpose of this role is to successfully convert B2B and B2C prospects into long-term business relationships. You will be required to sell products and services offered by our company to current and new customers. This role is perfect for Sales Representatives who enjoy interacting with customers and are committed to helping them choose the right products and services. As well as making recommendations based on your overall knowledge and understanding of their needs. You must have the ability to generate sales, not only for the benefit of the company, but also for you and your financial well-being. The drive to achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals is of the utmost importance.

NOTE: This position is remote, which allows you to work from anywhere.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, competitive and a motivated fast learner, with strong multitasking ability, excellent follow-up skills, and detail oriented. He/she is motivated by a challenge, loves to exceed targeted goals and the commission payout that comes from it. He/she will be an expert communicator with success in building customer relationships by knowing how to connect with people, listen, and understand their needs to match them with the right product or service!

Responsibilities/Duties

● To promote and sell the company's products and services

● To successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships

● To help develop the company's growth by supporting inside and outside sales by securing new business through B2B and B2C sales

● To recognize opportunities in the market, increase sales and exceed sales goals

● To provide customers with exceptional customer service

● To answer customer questions about services, products, features benefits, pricing, and availability

● To collaborate with the sales team as well as input ideas

● To maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, business and any other issues

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Must have 1 year or more experience in sales, or a commission-based retail sales position

  • Must demonstrate interest in sales, based on previous jobs or academic preparation

  • Must have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas

  • Must have a valid Driver's License

  • Must have strong clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Must have the ability to self-manage (we are not looking to micro-manage)

  • Must be persistent and results oriented

  • Must have an excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor

  • Must be creative and organized so you can be efficient, effective and collaborative

  • Must have a positive team working skill and "people person" persona

  • Must be able to take initiative and be "open-minded, and teachable "

  • Must be energetic, self motivated, highly competitive, and ambitious

  • Must be an all-around business professional with effective communication skills

  • Must be willing to go the "extra mile" to provide a high level of customer service

  • Must be a team player capable of working alone

  • Must be self disciplined and have great social skills

Salary can be generated to $60k - $159k annually
